Charging and storage instructions:

Never store your batteries fully charged and or fully discharged. We recommend to store the batteries at the nominal voltage of the battery. We also recommend to use the batteries regulary, if you don't go to the track, then cycle them once every two weeks. The batteries must not be stored in direct sunlight, this also includes your car during a hot summer day. For a long lifetime of your batteries we recommend a charging rate of 1C. A higher charging rate will decrease the lifetime of your battery significantly.

We recommend to use a lipo bag during charging your battery: RUDDOG HD LiPo Ladetasche (180x80x80mm)

Installation:

When installing you battery, we recommend not to place them directly next to your motor. Should it not be possible to place your battery at a different place we strongly recommend the use of a motor fan to keep your motor cool and so also your battery. We offer the German legal warranty time on all of our batteries. Inproper usage or storage can void this warranty.

The Justock Handout Motor is designed for competitive and fair racing in the world. The innovative manufacturing processes make the mechanical Timing of the motor and the internal resistance of the coil to achieve a high degree of consistency power output.

Please Note;

This motor needs to be used with vertical style motor mounts only, so it will not fit many modern touring cars.

The outlook appearance of the newly designed motor
The lightweight body of the motor weighs at 147g and is only 48 .5mm long. This reduces the overall weight of your vehicle and effectively improves the distribution of the center of gravity.

Dual sensor ports
The dual output sensor ports design on the motor meets various wiring needs and is aesthetically pleasing.

Ultra-low cogging torque, low linearity
The use of high-precision four-stage rotor carrying an independ ent HALL detection magnetic ring and a high precision hall plate positioning struc ture will ensure that the sensor output position signal is accurate. The cogging effect will be extremely low to ensure excellent lin earity and a great control feel.

Asymmetrical bearings for more reliable and smoother operation
The use of asymmetrical bearings provides higher performance and reduces resistance at the same time. The front end of the motor uses a larger precision bearing (D11 *D5*T5) to improve the bearing performance; the rear end uses a smaller precision bearing (D8*D3*T4).

Three models for a wide range of applications
The three models that are available to choose from are; 3200KV, 2600KV and 2100KV. Equivalent to the current SPEC motor; 13.5T/17.5T/21.5T. They mainly covers the STOCK categories in the 1/10 on-road and off-road vehicles.

Manzo46 is verheugd een update aan te kondigen voor een van hun iconische producten.

Door langdurige productieproblemen bij de leverancier van meetapparatuur was het populaire product M46-012 lange tijd niet op voorraad. Na een sterke vraag van klanten en een uitgebreide zoektocht naar een nieuwe leverancier, nam Manzo46 het initiatief en ontwikkelde zijn eigen meetapparaat.

De gloednieuwe M46-018 is kleiner en lichter dan zijn voorganger, maar biedt nog steeds dezelfde bewezen functionaliteit. Het heeft nu een eenassige meting, maar je kunt nog steeds zowel camber als caster meten, zij het op een iets andere manier.

• Voor de caster meting blijft het proces ongewijzigd, met directe montage van de meter op de naaf met behulp van onze CNC-bewerkte precisiebeugel.
• Voor camber hebben we een alternatieve meetoptie geleverd, die je op de foto's kunt zien.

De M46-018 is compatibel met platforms zoals Awesomatix, Xray X4, Mugen en Schumacher.

DE BAND VOOR HET EK 2023
The Mezzo has a completely new carcass design, where development has focused on the thickness of the profile to support the pin and improve its life.
The Mezzo has a varied pin type across the tyre, enabling it to be more suitable to a wider variety of track conditions, including long and short pile astro. The pin type gives improved side traction whilst maintaining forward traction.

The Mezzo lasts longer and has better bump handling , due to its taller sidewall profile.
The Mezzo front 4WD tyre is aimed at longer pile astro and lower gip. Pins can be cut to reduce traction if required.
For 2WD we are still recommending the U6770 Low Profile Cut Stagger combined with Mezzo rear, for a longer life tyre set up.
Ultimately the popular Dart tyre could be faster over a single run in some conditions, but life is much extended with the Mezzo. It’s a great all-rounder.
Ultimately the Mezzo is aimed at Astro, Yellow compound for dry high performance, Silver for wet and Blue for longer life.

4WD front insert recommended for Yellow’s is;

For Silver or Blue compound is;

The U6734 Foam Tyre Insert; Med - Rear - CAT (pr) is recommended for both Yellow, Silver or Blue rear tyres.
