Informatie over LiPo batterijen
LiPo staat voor lithium polymeer en wordt beschouwd als de batterij van de toekomst, die langere looptijden en hogere prestaties biedt. Het hoge aantal mogelijke laadcycli spreekt ook in zijn voordeel. Afhankelijk van de fabrikant wordt de levensduur gespecificeerd als 300 tot 600 laadcycli. Bovendien hebben LiPo-batterijen geen geheugeneffect, wat betekent dat ze hun capaciteit grotendeels behouden tijdens hun hele levensduur, met slechts een licht verlies van ongeveer 20%. Deze levensduur wordt echter verkort als ze niet worden opgeslagen met een opslagspanning van 3,8V. De accu moet daarom na elk gebruik tot deze spanning worden opgeladen.
LiPo-batterijen opladen
Als je een LiPo-batterij koopt, moet deze eerst worden opgeladen. Het is belangrijk om te controleren of de oplader compatibel is met de LiPo-batterij. Deze informatie is meestal te vinden op de oplader, op de verpakking of in de handleiding. Als je een geschikte oplader hebt, moet je weten wat de juiste instellingen zijn voor het opladen van de batterij.
Het is belangrijk om te begrijpen wat de informatie op de batterij betekent: Een LiPo batterij bestaat uit minstens één cel, die meestal 3,7 volt is. De "S" waarde geeft het aantal cellen aan. Een 2S accu heeft dus 7,4 volt (of 7,6 volt voor een accu met een hoog voltage). De stroomwaarde in ampère geeft aan hoeveel stroom de accu kan leveren.
Wat is de C-waarde? 
De "C"-waarde is een belangrijke factor voor opladen en ontladen. Het geeft aan hoeveel stroom er gedurende een korte tijd uit de accu kan worden getrokken. Hiervoor wordt de ampèrewaarde vermenigvuldigd met de "C"-waarde. Eenvoudig gezegd: een batterij met 6000mAh en 50C kan tot 300 A aan de uitgang leveren. Er wordt gezegd dat hoe hoger de C-waarde, hoe meer druk (punch) de batterij geeft tijdens het rijden op het circuit!
Veiligheid - een belangrijk punt
LiPo batterijen vereisen speciale veiligheidsmaatregelen. Veel mensen hebben gehoord van exploderende batterijen. Veel voorkomende oorzaken zijn overladen of mechanische schade. Om het risico tot een minimum te beperken, moet je altijd een LiPo-oplader met de juiste instellingen gebruiken. Het is ook aan te raden om de batterij op te laden in een LiPo veilige tas en deze in deze tas te bewaren bij de juiste opslagspanning.
Hoe bewaar ik LiPo accu's?
Het op de juiste manier opslaan van LiPo accu's is cruciaal voor het verlengen van hun levensduur. Als ze langer dan twee weken leeg of volledig opgeladen worden bewaard, kan dit hun prestaties en levensduur ernstig beïnvloeden. Als je ze langere tijd niet gebruikt (meer dan een week), gebruik dan een programmeerbare lader om de batterij op opslagspanning te brengen in de opslaglaadmodus. Als zo'n apparaat niet beschikbaar is, laad de batterij dan ongeveer de helft van de tijd op die normaal nodig is voor een volledige lading.

Super Built-in BEC
The worlds 1st 1/8th scale ESC adopted the super built-in BEC with the max. output current of up to 15A and switchable output voltage
(6V/7.2V). It can drive different servos, high voltage servos at ease, so drivers can control the movements and directions of their vehicles precisely and freely.

Reliable Cooling System
The power board inside the ESC is covered with HOBBYWING patented heat-conductive copper bar, which helps to conduct the internal heat quickly to the CNC machined aluminum heatsink housing. In addition, the fan has also adopted the special anti-shock design, reduced damage brought by frequent jumps of the vehicle. So a highly reliable cooling system is built to ensure the ESC always works in the optimal cool condition.

Almost Maintenance Free
The whole ESC except the cooling fan is basically maintenance free. You only need to detach the fan shroud if you want to replace the fan. Youre free from the trouble of opening the integrated heatsink housing, so the whole process becomes simple and efficient.

No more getting down on your knees at your pit seeing which wheel picks up first, with our weighted tweak wheels, you can easily identify which wheel is lifting earlier! With offset weights, the tweak wheels will spin as soon as the earlier lifting corner comes off the ground, making it extremely easy to accurately identify what tweak adjustment needs to be made to de-tweak the car.

The set of Weighted Tweak wheels features ABEC 7 Bearings, Black 7075 Knurled thumb nuts and Black Coated and laser engraved bulkhead/weight!

The nuts are permanently installed in the bearings, which are permanently installed in the brass bulkhead. As a complete assembly, you will never lose anything, as each wheel, nut and bearing assembly is fixed together. 

The set is topped off by a dual colour 3D Pro Tweak Wheel Stand, which keeps them together on your pit bench and in your pit bag!

These work great on both EP and GP 1/10th Touring Cars with a standard 4mm axle.

Directions for successfully de-tweaking your chassis:

1. It's very important to ensure your chassis is flat, and droop is set prior to doing this process!
2. Rotate the wheels on the opposite end of the car you're checking, so the flat base is in contact with your setup board.
3. Ensure the weighted tweak wheels on the end you're working on are parallel to the ground, with the logo horizontal.
4. Press down on both ends of the car to settle the suspension and then lift the "spinning" end up slowly until one of the wheels starts to rotate, note which wheel it was.
5. The wheel that came off early is the side that the collar needs to be unscrewed towards the top of the shock body on the other end of the car. Adjust half a turn, and do the opposite direction to the other side by half a turn also. E.g. If the front left lifts early, unscrew the rear left collar half a turn, and tighten the rear right collar half a turn.
6. Repeat the process until you have both wheels spinning at very close to the same time. 
7. To do the other end, simply rotate the car 180 degrees, rotate the wheels that were fixed back to spinning, and the previously spinning back to fixed, and repeat above steps!

Tamiya is verheugd om de toevoeging van drie slanke versies van onze masking tape aan te kondigen! Ze zullen buitengewoon nuttig zijn in elke maskeringssituatie, maar vooral bij fijne verfklussen of het afbakenen van complexe kleurstellingen.

Artikel Inhoud/Informatie:
- Elk product bevat een rol afplaktape van 18 meter.
- Tape is gemaakt van hetzelfde gebruiksvriendelijke papiermateriaal dat wordt gebruikt in de artikelen 87030-87035. Het kan gemakkelijk en netjes worden gesneden met een schaar, modelleermes of een ander gereedschap.
- PET-plastic hoezen helpen vervorming te voorkomen en laten minimaal stof op de tape zitten voor een superieure levensduur. Ze zitten vast aan de plastic kern van de rollen.

Maskingtape - maskingtape - maskeerfolie van de hoogste kwaliteit en kwaliteit. Ideaal voor alle schilderswerkzaamheden in de modelbouw.
De dunne, flexibele en sterk klevende afplaktape is nu verkrijgbaar in extra rolbreedtes van 1, 2 en 3 mm (zonder dispenser).

Een hoge oplage van verf verzacht de afplaktape niet. Voor meerkleurig schilderen (bijv. camouflagepatronen) kan de tape ook worden aangebracht op oppervlakken die al zijn geverfd zonder de onderliggende kleur te verwijderen. De tape komt los zonder resten achter te laten. De tape is ideaal voor het schilderen van scherpe en heldere lijnen.
